Medway Out. All Stars In.
When one door closes, another opens.
Unfortunately, Medway Madness have been forced to cancel their fixture on Sunday 9th August due to a lack of available players. Rather than let the occasion go to waste, we've decided to turn it into something even more special.
Introducing the first-ever Cardiff Bay Tigers All Stars Charity Game, in support of Prostate Cymru.
The Tigers squad will be split into two teams, Team O'Keefe and Team Harding, who will go head-to-head at the Vindico Arena in a celebration of everything this club has achieved in its first season. Face-off remains 6:30pm.
Just eleven months ago, Cardiff Bay Tigers didn't exist. Today, we're Southern Recreational Division One Champions, with two teams, more than 60 players, an incredible group of volunteers and supporters, and one of the fastest-growing fanbases in South Wales.
This isn't just an exhibition game. It's a celebration of a remarkable first year, an opportunity to showcase the talent and community that have made the Tigers what they are today, and, most importantly, a chance to raise money for an outstanding cause.
Every ticket sold and every donation made on the night will help support Prostate Cymru, a Welsh charity dedicated to improving the diagnosis, treatment and care of men with prostate disease across Wales.
Expect fast-paced hockey, plenty of entertainment, fundraising activities, fan competitions and a few surprises throughout the evening as Team O'Keefe and Team Harding battle for All Stars bragging rights.
Whether you've been with us from our very first training session or are coming to your first Tigers game, we'd love to have you there.
